Requirements

Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in your state and/or municipality (typically an active and current esthetician or cosmetologist license)
Experience with customer service in the beauty industry
Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guests satisfaction and loyalty
Experience in increasing quality of service execution of peers
Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests
Experience with facilitating mentorship, or informal on-the-job lash and brow service training
Experience being a leader in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions
Experience in leading organizational culture-embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth
A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
Organization skills regarding service notes from client appointment history
Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance

Responsibilities

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products
Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades
Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating the client on services and processes
Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
Maintains state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization
Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management
