Requirements
- Certified estheticians/cosmetologists
- A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
- Organization skills regarding service notes from client appointment history
- Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
Responsibilities
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products
- Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades
- Consistently create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating the client on services and processes
- Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
- Maintains state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management
