Requirements

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with lashing experience
• Confident in social media content creation
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward goals
• Strong sales and client relationship skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
• Energetic, professional, and team-oriented
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform lash services during daytime hours
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience
• Build strong client relationships and drive rebooking
• Support daily operations and team flow
• Help drive membership and retail sales
• Assist with achieving studio performance goals
• Capture and post content for Instagram and social platforms
• Engage with clients online (comments, DMs, stories)
• Help bring the studio’s brand to life digitally
• Assist with planning and executing in-studio events
• Partner with local businesses and influencers
• Support initiatives that drive new client traffic
