About The Position

Deka Lash in Hampton is seeking Lash Artists to join our team in both Full & Part-Time roles. As a Lash Artist at Deka Lash you’ll be responsible for providing the exceptional services and product offerings our clients have come to expect, while gaining experience, growing your client base, and working for a recognizable and respected name in the beauty industry. Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthetician license
A positive attitude and willingness to learn Deka techniques
Ability to work nights and weekends
A team player with a growth mindset

Nice To Haves

Some relevant industry experience is preferred
Lash certification preferred but not required
Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, and client education
Sanitize studio and general upkeep
Check clients in/out
Participate in training and ongoing skill development
Always display a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
Communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
Other duties as assigned
