About The Position

Deka Lash in Northeast Florida is Hodges Blvd location! Are you looking for that next great opportunity to build on your current lashing experience or maybe switch your focus to lashing and brows? Qualified candidates must have a current cosmetology or esthetician license. Eyelash certification is a plus! Bring your positive attitude and Lash Extension skills to us for a great opportunity! Not sure of your skills? Don’t worry, we offer an extensive training program for those who have the proper licensing but need lash training. And we don't just do lashes! After you've mastered your lash techniques, you have the opportunity to learn brow lamination and brow sugaring! You'll earn an hourly wage PLUS commission on product sales PLUS commission on services provided PLUS commission on memberships sold! Responsibilities

Lash Artistry and Tinting
Sales of products and services to your clients
Checking Clients in and out
Engaging customers with world class service
Willing to learn lash application technique specific to Deka Lash
Market skills in the community and promotes Deka Lash
Book lash models during training period
Discuss lash membership and product options with clients and maintain monthly sales goals
Monitor your client book and be prompt & present for appointments
Be available to work weekends and evenings
Shares with team in all studio cleaning activities
Be willing to learn and grow and continues to develop and perfect skills
Be able to consult and design appropriate lash designs based on client preference and need
Be knowledgeable on all Deka Lash retail products to promote and educate clients on home care of their eyelash extensions
Provides frequent education and recommendations to clients with a friendly and helpful attitude to ensure client satisfaction
