Lash Artist/Lash Extension Stylist
About The Position
We are looking for a highly motivated lash extension stylists to join our Yale Marketplace salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back! WHAT WE DO: The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. WHY JOIN OUR TEAM: We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional careers. Requirements
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- 6+ months as a Lash Stylist preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day

Responsibilities
- Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
- Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
