Laser Tag Attendant – Full-Time Seasonal

Steele Hill Resorts is nestled in the scenic town of Sanbornton, New Hampshire—just 15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont. Overlooking beautiful Lake Winnisquam, our resort offers a high-end guest experience with over 150 guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities (available for employee use).

The Laser Tag Attendant is responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and engaging experience for all guests participating in laser tag activities. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Steele Hill Resorts in a professional and positive manner
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high-quality experience
• Manage and operate the reservation system efficiently
• Enforce and maintain all safety guidelines for attractions and activity areas
• Assess activity conditions, including weather and guest abilities, to ensure safe participation
• Rotate through and support all attendant positions as needed
• Supervise guests during laser tag sessions to ensure safety and enjoyment
• Clean, organize, and properly store all equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the laser tag arena
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by taking initiative and supporting departmental needs
