Laser Sorter - Night Shift
About The Position
Laser Material Sorter – Manufacturing Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $19 per hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:00pm - 2:30am Overtime as needed Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly (Overtime Eligible) Benefits start the 1st of the month following date of hire: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Optional Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) & Flex Holiday 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Boot Reimbursement & Prescription Safety Glasses What You’ll Do Sort and stage metal parts produced by laser cutting machines Identify parts by size, shape, and part number Inspect parts for defects and report issues Remove scrap material and maintain organization Follow work orders and part prints Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred (metal fabrication a plus)
- Ability to read basic prints and work orders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable and team-oriented
