DESCRIPTION We are seeking a self-motivated engineer to support the development of advanced III-V devices.
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience with epitaxial design and growth of optoelectronic devices.
- Experience with optoelectronic device modeling and simulation.
Nice To Haves
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Ph.D. degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field
- Demonstrated optoelectronic device improvement by epitaxial design or growth optimization.
- Experience with optoelectronic device testing.
- Experience with III-V device fabrication.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Accountable with a self-initiative and proactive attitude.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
