About The Position

About the Opportunity: A private medical office in Macon, Georgia is seeking a licensed and certified Laser Aesthetician to join the team under a 1099 contractor model. This role offers the flexibility of a PRN schedule (as-needed basis) with the potential to build into a full client schedule over time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetics, eager to grow their client base, and able to provide exceptional patient care in a professional, supportive, and startup environment. Position Overview: The Laser Aesthetician will perform laser and other agreed-upon aesthetic services within the practice under the supervision and protocols of the Medical Director. This is a commission-based position paid per client, with additional bonuses for self-referred clientele.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Laser Certification in the State of Georgia .
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience performing laser and aesthetic services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to thrive in a startup medical setting , showing initiative and adaptability.
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable with independent contractor responsibilities.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening .
• Cannot currently own or operate a competing aesthetic business.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser treatments and aesthetic services safely, effectively, and in alignment with medical practice protocols.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation and education to treatment and follow-up.
• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and professionalism in every client interaction.
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with both clients and medical staff to ensure consistent quality of care.
• Participate actively in marketing initiatives and assist in bringing new clients into the office.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Adhere to all practice standards, safety regulations, and the guidance of the Medical Director.
