This is an Independent Contract (1099) position open to local residents of Las Vegas, NV JOB DESCRIPTION The Property Specialist will travel to investment properties throughout the Las Vegas area. Typically, this role involves photographing properties, uploading photos to the company database via smartphone, documenting property details, assessing property conditions, and meeting potential clients on-site. No real estate experience is necessary, as all training will be provided by the company.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Own a smartphone with working camera
- Have a reliable source of transportation to take same day requests
- Be outgoing and approachable
- Dress in business casual attire
- Be okay with frequent travel throughout the metro area
Responsibilities
- Travel to investment properties.
- Photograph the interiors of residences, ensuring to capture the flow of the space.
- Meet with potential clients at investment properties.
- Edit and adjust photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks.
