Role Overview As part of our expanding Large Property business unit, you’ll manage relationships with agents/brokers across a defined territory. You’ll underwrite new and renewal business, deliver risk management services, and support profitable growth across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and real estate.

Requirements

  • Strong risk/exposure analysis skills and underwriting acumen
  • Effective communication skills with internal business partners and external trading partners
  • Relationship management skills
  • Collaborative spirit and teamwork mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in commercial property underwriting and marketing
  • Strong broker relationships in the region
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Valid driver’s license (company pool car may be provided)
  • Selected candidate must be located in commuting distance to the listed location and have the ability to travel within the assigned region given the broker facing sales nature of this role.
