About The Position

ServiceMASTER, the nation's leader in the disaster restoration services is seeking a Large Loss Restoration Manager for our Large Loss Division. The ideal candidate will have experience with large commercial restoration including water, fire, smoke damage, and construction. The ideal candidate must also be about to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time. We office competitive compensation and benefit packages! Come join our team today! DUTIES Evaluating large commercial losses to determine work to be performed. Manage and schedule activities of all personnel including subcontractors on the jobsite to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of the job. Establish an approved vendor network for various locations. Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and general contractors. Work with facility managers and insurance adjusters and serve as a liaison between the customer and insurance carrier. Manage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitability and minimizing business interruption for the customer. Perform restoration and drying in large commercial buildings. Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner and all safety rules are followed.

Requirements

Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods of time.
Must have project management experience.
Must have large loss restoration background.
Must have good customer service skills.
Must have a sense of urgency, problem solving, and decision making.
Must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office software.
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
Must be able to estimate the value of a project.
Working knowledge of basic office equipment.
Must be able to learn and utilize our proprietary software and others as necessary.
Must have good customer service skills.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean background and driving record
Must have a valid drivers license

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Xactimate software a plus.
