Requirements
- Previous experience in large loss fire and water loss estimation
- Knowledge of restoration industry practices and techniques
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to write estimates in Xactimate and Symbility
- Structural framing and rough trade knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. IICRC certification) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess and estimate large loss restoration projects
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
