About The Position

AlphaGraphics Portsmouth is actively seeking an individual to join our Large Format production team. The diverse product offerings at AlphaGraphics requires an ability to learn a variety of techniques and technologies including printing, finishing, vinyl, wraps, sign application, and installation. Our Large Format Specialist will be responsible for all facets of digital print production including the use, management, and maintenance of our large format printers and finishing equipment. More than anything, we’re looking for highly-collaborative and dependable teammates that are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in the success of our company, and we value contributions from each team member. This is a full-time position. As an established leader in the Print, Signs, Banners, Design Services, Promotional Products for area industries, our mission is to partner with small to large customers and provide them the tools and expertise needed to grow their business.

Nice To Haves

Understanding of Large Format Design and execution is a plus but not required: setting up files for cut vinyl, analyzing files for large signage, understanding of differences in substrates including vehicle graphics, wraps, and custom vinyl installations is also beneficial
Familiarity with current signs, print and copy technology (highly desirable)
Working knowledge of computer technology
Positive “can do” attitude
