About The Position

We are seeking a Document Scanning Specialist to oversee color production, job preparation, and workflow tasks. This role involves operating scanning, bindery, finishing, reproduction, and duplication equipment. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and committed to exceeding client expectations with a “Whatever it Takes” attitude.

Requirements

• Degree or advanced technical training in graphics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft products.
• 1–2 years of experience in color services, design projects, and printing.
• Strong knowledge of materials and equipment used in color printing, duplicating, binding, and finishing.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for color print services; prioritize based on customer needs and machine capabilities.
• Scanning large format drawings
• Prepare digital files from various sources and download digital devices to color.
• Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Operate and maintain scanning, printing, and finishing equipment.
• Communicate with customers regarding job status, options, and complaints.
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and customer service tasks.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area, report mechanical issues.
• Support other departments as needed and work overtime when required.
