About The Position

The Large Format Imaging Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality of the document preparation, scanning/imaging, and indexing of work. Train personnel in areas of document imaging and large format scanning as required. Maintain confidentiality of County records and equipment. Prepare and maintain work site to provide steady work pace. Track number of files scanned, indexed and committed. Develop procedures to improve training, quality control, and production levels. Provide the County exceptional customer service and communication regarding job status. Complete agency production and attendance records. Will adhere to Agency policy and procedural guidelines. To include notifying Contracts Manager of safety and other concerns. Support the goals, objectives, and philosophy of the agency. Will support the Agency’s values by working with measurable signs of PRIDE.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to operate scanners, computers and maintain quality standards
  • Ability to interact positively with County and agency co-workers and staff
  • Ability to provide strict adherence to the confidentiality of records.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ethical conduct
  • Good organization and time management
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to operate imaging programs and equipment
  • Strong communicator
  • Must provide their own transportation to and from work.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Document scanning and/or office experience preferred
