Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred, but a great attitude and hustle count just as much.
Excellent communication and guest service skills—you love connecting with people.
Ability to multitask when the bar is buzzing and the game’s going into overtime.
Food Handler’s and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certifications (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

Greet guests like old friends and make every experience better than the last.
Take orders with speed, accuracy, and a dash of flair.
Recommend menu favorites (and maybe talk someone into that extra side of fries).
Keep beverages flowing and smiles coming.
Work closely with your teammates—because smooth service is a team sport.
Handle payments, maintain a tidy section, and make sure everyone leaves happy.
