Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements.
  • Current Food Handler certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to create a welcoming, engaging, and memorable dining experience for guests.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality food and beverage service.
  • Maintain an active presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Lead, train, schedule, and supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff.
  • Set clear performance expectations and cultivate a positive, service-driven team culture.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action as needed to support accountability and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Enforce health, safety, and responsible beverage service standards at all times.
  • Coordinate ongoing training and certifications to maintain operational excellence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained restaurant environment at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with health department standards and company sanitation protocols.
  • Partner with culinary, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to promptly address facility needs.
  • Support labor management, scheduling, and cost control efforts.
  • Oversee inventory management for food, beverage, and operational supplies.
  • Prepare reports and communicate operational updates and needs to leadership.
