This is the perfect position for someone who has experience in the field of landscaping and doesn't mind getting dirty, who wants to develop their skill-sets and build toward their career goals! The Landscaping Technician is responsible for landscaping services at our commercial properties which are mostly retail shopping centers. You will spend your days mowing grass, weed-eating, trimming, edging, and blowing with a backpack blower. You will also spend some of your time assisting the Field Services Technicians on various maintenance projects. You may also be required to do some work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds. (Proper safety gear and training will be provided.) You will be responsible for the management of company equipment, receipts, and other paperwork. You will need to use your smartphone for our work order system and internal email (we do provide a cell phone reimbursement for this required use). The base schedule is 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Many days, these times vary. Certain projects require weekend and before/after hour availability. Any hours worked over 40 in a week are paid at time and a half. Requirements

active driver license
clean driving record
