About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter / Finisher to join a growing construction team. This role focuses on high-quality finish carpentry for interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely, and consistently delivers precise, professional results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or Finish Carpenter
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry materials
• Steel-toed boots required

Responsibilities

• Install interior and exterior trim, including crown molding, baseboards, and casing
• Hang, install, and finish doors and windows
• Install cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials according to blueprints or specifications
• Repair, refinish, and restore existing woodwork as needed
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Ensure work meets quality standards, project specifications, and timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
