As the company’s newest Landscape Manager, your primary goal is to make sure our clients are thrilled with the work your team does. The right person for this position is someone with extensive landscaping, or horticultural experience ; someone who has led a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking team and who wants to serve as “La Jefa” or “El Jefe.” Ideally, he/they/she has worked on landscaping- and hardscaping-related projects in Northern California and understands the equipment and crew needed to plant, maintain or remove a wide variety of species ranging from shrubs, hedges, and screens to perennials, grasses, flowers, and trees. Our new Landscape Manager will be an experienced mentor/coach, good with training her/his employees on landscaping techniques including P.H.C. (Plant Health Care), able to learn new software systems, familiar with working in a landscaping industry environment, orderly enough to keep their yard area shipshape, and able to respond to emergency calls as needed.
