Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 21+ with valid drivers license, insurance, and registration.
- Landscaping knowledge or experience required.
- Availability: MondayFriday, 6 a.m.2 p.m.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with people with disabilities (preferred, but not required).
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, fertilizing, and monitoring plant health.
- Work side-by-side with clients (1 Job Coach to 3 clients), providing hands-on training and support.
- Track client progress with weekly notes.
- Collaborate with supervisors and case managers to ensure client success.
- Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with partner job sites.
