Requirements

• Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new landscaping skills.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs safely.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planting flowers, trees, and shrubs according to design plans.
• Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and watering.
• Help with mulching, pruning, and weeding to maintain healthy landscapes.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from trucks and storage areas.
• Operate basic landscaping equipment safely under supervision.
• Clean and maintain landscaping tools and equipment after use.
