Requirements

  • 4+ years of high-end residential landscape and outdoor living sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel locally throughout the day.

  • Understanding of industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads obtained from calls and the company website.
  • Schedule appointments with leads, customers, and internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, delivering the GRO experience and upholding company values.
  • Collaborate with a Landscape Designer to create landscape solutions for clients.
  • Estimate projects and create, present, and sell client landscape proposals.
  • Collect signed contracts, lien disclosures, and deposits for each project.
  • Engage customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the sales process.
  • Manage the sales process through to close and beyond.
  • Identify and suggest project enhancements, changes, upgrades, and additional services.
  • Enter data into the CRM in a timely and accurate manner while monitoring the sales pipeline.
  • Prioritize daily tasks, customer activities, and ongoing projects.
  • Continuously learn about GRO products and services for improved sales results.
  • Attend sales meetings and prospect or cold-call when necessary.
