About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the exterior landscape maintenance industry, in either sales or production.
• Strong plant knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell new recurring commercial landscape maintenance accounts, plants, containers, enhancements, and other maintenance programs.
• Communicate regularly with assigned existing clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Conduct periodic inspections of existing client accounts to ensure quality service delivery.
• Oversee installations of exterior and interior jobs, particularly for larger projects, as needed.
