About The Position

The Glacier Club is seeking Landscapers for the 2026 season. Landscapers ensure the growth and vibrancy of plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures. This position requires a team player, with a can-do attitude and organizational skills. This position is eligible for all federally and state mandated benefits, including paid sick leave. Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record (Required)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and basic machinery operation skills are preferred
• Must be able to participate in virtual interviews and virtual training sessions with reliable computer and internet connection
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Ability to work in an environment that has constantly changing priorities
• Includes long periods of walking, standing, bending, and carrying items
• Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Have a can-do and team-oriented attitude working in a team

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns
• String trimming
• Shrub pruning
• Debris removal/backpack blower
• Raking perennial beds
• Planting annual and perennial plant material
• Fertilizing
• Pulling weeds
• Other duties as assigned
