About The Position

Maintains and cares for the exterior appearance of institutional buildings, lawns, plantings, and grounds around campus utilizing hand tools and equipment. This position also requires includes snow removal and preparing walks/entryways of residence halls with salt, etc.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Knowledge of grounds keeping, seeding, planting, mulching, edging.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and cares for the exterior appearance of institutional buildings, lawns, plantings, and grounds around campus utilizing hand tools and equipment.
• Snow removal
• Preparing walks/entryways of residence halls with salt, etc.
