About The Position

Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned Lawncare Maintenance business specializing in full service Mowing, Fertilization and Weed Control, Weed Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance/Mulch Installation, Pest Control, Fall Clean Up, Holiday Lights, and Snow Removal services for both Commercial and Residential customers. We are looking to add motivated team members and leaders. This is a seasonal position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. All candidates must present a clean and professional appearance and must be capable of working safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in the landscaping field is required
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Candidate must be able to read and write in English

• A high school degree or GED is preferred

Responsibilities

• Mowing
• Trimming
• Leaf clean-ups
• Landscape/hardscape installation
• Shrub trimming and pruning
• Tree trimming and pruning
• Weed maintenance
• Seasonal flower installation and maintenance
• Property upkeep
• Implementing machinery such as aerators
• Spreading fertilizer and/or other materials
• General labor activities
