What You Will Be Doing: Perform duties with regard to cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of grounds, walkways and paved areas within the Home Office complex, including maintenance of the Shelter Insurance Gardens. Provide guidance and training to Grounds Attendant and part time employees in performing their routine duties. Requirements

Team oriented
Mechanical ability for use and maintenance of equipment
Ability to operate all grounds equipment with proficiency
Superior time management
Proficient in use of spray equipment for applications of fertilizer/insecticides/herbicides
Must possess a current, valid driver’s license
Must be able to bend, kneel, climb excessively and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities
