Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in grounds/lawn maintenance required
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- A friendly, professional attitude with a strong hospitality mindset
Responsibilities
- Maintain campus grounds year-round following the annual schedule
- Safely operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and power sprayers
- Trim trees and shrubs, plant flowers and greenery, and lay brick borders
- Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems (valves, clocks, and more)
- Maintain turf, plants, and landscaping equipment with care and attention to detail
- Create a welcoming, well-kept environment for residents and guests
