About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Landscape Technician to join our team. This role focuses primarily on the fueling, basic maintenance, and upkeep of on-site equipment, as well as groundskeeping and landscaping responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience operating landscaping tools and machinery, knowledge of safe fuel handling practices, and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining clean and functional outdoor environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of five (2) years of experience in groundskeeping; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience using a variety of power tools, hand tools, and ground maintenance tools.
• Continued employment is subject to maintaining all required licenses and certificates in active status without suspension or revocation.
• Strong communication, team building, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Fuel various types of on-site equipment (e.g., generators, mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles) safely and in accordance with company procedures and environmental regulations.
• Perform daily inspections of fueling stations and storage tanks.
• Maintain fuel logs and consumption records accurately.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance and routine safety checks on landscaping and small engine equipment.
• Report any mechanical issues or potential hazards to THS Management.
• Maintain outdoor spaces including lawn care, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris removal.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other power tools.
• Ensure grounds are free of litter, obstructions, and potential safety hazards.
• Assist with general outdoor repairs, signage upkeep, and minor construction tasks as needed
