Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift over 50 lbs. regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Landscaping experience is a plus — but not required
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in maintaining equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Planting, mulch/rock/sod installs, irrigation modifications, aerations, cleanups and other landscape services.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance on properties and provide a "WOW" experience for clients.
Identify property issues or potential improvements while on-site and report or address them appropriately.
Communicate effectively with clients and teammates to ensure all work meets expectations.
Operate tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
Loading/unloading materials and maintaining tools
Assist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaning.
Accurately complete paperwork and service documentation.
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
