Requirements

No experience required – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking team player.
A valid driver’s license.
Passion for plants, landscaping, or working with your hands.

Responsibilities

Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to create beautiful landscapes.
Lay mulch, sod, and decorative stones to enhance outdoor spaces.
Use basic landscaping tools (rakes, shovels, leaf blowers, etc.) to maintain lawns and gardens.
Work alongside experienced landscapers and learn the trade.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
