About The Position

As a Landscape Team Member, you will contribute to successfully completing various landscaping projects, working alongside a skilled team. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, and a desire to be part of creating beautiful outdoor spaces. The workday starts at 7:00 AM, and working hours may vary depending on project schedules and seasonal demands. Compensation includes paid training at $17.00 per hour, transitioning to 20% production-based pay after training. The role is full-time and primarily involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in landscaping or related fields
Working knowledge of common plants, shrubs, and trees
Experience with mowing, edging, and trimming
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed
Strong work ethics and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physically fit and able to perform moderately strenuous tasks

Nice To Haves

A valid driver's license may be a plus if a driver is needed

Responsibilities

Assist with the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping materials
Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding
Install sod and other groundcovers
Spread mulch, rock, and gravel
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Contribute to a positive and professional work environment
