About The Position

We are looking for a part time Landscape Team Lead (LTL). Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, is responsible for assisting with the operation and coordination of landscaping services. The LTL oversee day-to-day duties of landscape staff while performing routine landscaping of public areas around COPE buildings and other locations as assigned. Responsible for accompanying landscape crew members to job sites; observe performance, oversee work training, and provide instruction and assistance accordingly. Promote safe handling of landscaping tools, chemicals and follow safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• Must have experience in landscaping services or related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid AZ Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
• Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
