About The Position

Lead the charge in keeping our landscapes sharp, safe, and client-ready! This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, managing a crew, and making things run smoothly. What You’ll Do: Lead daily landscape crew operations—assign tasks, set the pace, and ensure top-quality results Communicate clearly with crew members and clients (Spanish/English bilingual required) Serve as a client-facing point of contact when needed: walk sites, address concerns, and provide updates Operate and oversee use of landscaping equipment, including trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and zero-turn mowers Troubleshoot issues and perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance Apply fertilizers and chemicals as needed (license preferred or willingness to obtain) Promote a safe, efficient, and productive job site every day Report progress, challenges, and material needs to the Operations Manager

Requirements

Valid North Carolina Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Comfort working outdoors and leading by example
