Landscaping Services, Inc. (LSI) is seeking Landscape Supervisors to join our team now! The Landscape Supervisor is a critical part of our team who is responsible for: Supervising all landscape maintenance service activities of the crews – ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material, have the training and tools needed to complete the job and are operating safely at all times. Reviewing and managing time sheets. Completing a pre-trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at the beginning of the week. Coordinating with account managers, supervisors, customers, and employees as needed. Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed. Safely driving crews to and from jobs, adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews. Ongoing training of employees. Making sure equipment is properly maintained. Ensuring quality performance of all work. Assists the Market/Account Manager, as directed in providing outstanding landscape maintenance service to clients as well as directly managing other team members.

Requirements

Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
3-5 years of landscape maintenance or similar experience is preferred.
Management/supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Safety focus
Excellent attendance record

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities
