People Architects is partnering with J.F.D. Landscapes to hire a Landscape Sales and Estimating Manager. Requirements
- Experience in landscape construction, outdoor construction, or a related industry
- Ability to read plans and perform accurate take-offs
- Familiarity with LMN and Microsoft Office
- A self-starter mindset with a strong drive to win and grow income
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Natural ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of commercial and residential landscape construction projects
- Develop new business through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
- Meet clients onsite to walk projects, assess needs, and scope work
- Prepare detailed take-offs, estimates, and job costing using LMN
- Present proposals, negotiate, and close new business
- Stay engaged throughout project execution to ensure client satisfaction
- Cultivate long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
