About The Position

We’re looking for a hardworking Laborer to support our telecom construction crews with landscape restoration and site cleanup in Macomb, MI . This role is hands-on, outdoors, and essential to leaving every job site clean, safe, and restored after underground utility work.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Comfortable with physical labor and using basic tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Accountability for completing tasks once started
• Able to work independently and with a crew

Responsibilities

• Backfill, grade, and level areas where utilities were installed
• Reseed and restore disturbed ground
• Install erosion control materials (straw, matting, silt fence)
• Remove dirt, debris, and materials from job sites
• Operate basic hand tools and small equipment (rakes, shovels, compactors, etc.)
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic control requirements
• Assist crews with additional field tasks as needed
