About The Position

Rentals To Go is seeking a reliable Seasonal Landscape & Property Maintenance Specialist to support the upkeep and appearance of our facilities and properties. This role focuses primarily on landscaping and grounds maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Prior experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related field preferred
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance practices
Ability to perform physical labor and work both indoors and outdoors
Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
Ability to operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Use proper PPE and maintain a safe work environment
Identify and report hazards, maintenance issues, or unsafe conditions
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Responsibilities

Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
Maintain cleanliness of grounds, parking areas, and surrounding property
Assist with seasonal tasks such as mulching, planting, leaf removal, and snow prep (as needed)
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Support general facility maintenance tasks assigned
All other duties as assigned
