As a Landscape Operations Manager, you are the "coach" of your book of business. You will lead the day-to-day operations of our landscaping teams, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

Requirements

At least 3 years in landscape maintenance or a 2-year related degree.
Proven ability to manage, train, and inspire crews to meet high quality standards.
A valid NC Pesticide license and a clean driving record are required.
A pro-active approach to client relations and "enhancement" sales.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Supervise, hire, and train Foremen and laborers on safety and equipment.
Conduct regional site visits (80% travel) to ensure maintenance guidelines are met.
Manage inventory, tool tracking, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Act as the primary Landscape Manager for client relations, driving enhancement sales and managing work orders.
Develop effective schedules to maximize manpower and budget efficiency.
