About The Position

Northern Nurseries, a leading provider of nursery and landscaping supplies in the Northeast, is seeking a dedicated and energetic full-time Customer Service and Labor Associate to join our team from March to November. Requirements

• Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50lbs plus) and perform physical tasks regularly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license is preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a nursery, garden center, landscaping, or related environment preferred
• Knowledge of nursery goods, hardscape products, landscape lighting, and irrigation systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting plants, nursery goods, and landscaping supplies, providing knowledgeable and friendly service
• Maintain and organize inventory of plants, hardscape materials, and related products
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods
• Support the setup and maintenance of displays and outdoor areas
• Provide basic information on nursery products, landscape lighting, irrigation, and soil conditioners
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the nursery and work areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
