We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance. - Previous experience in landscaping or maintenance preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Mowing Services: Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, and post-mowing clean-up
- Aerating and Seeding: Conduct aerating and seeding to promote healthy grass growth
- Spring and Fall Clean-up: Complete seasonal clean-up tasks to maintain properties
- Landscape Bed Maintenance: Mulching, pruning, and controlling weeds in landscape beds
- Rental Property Maintenance: Assist with demo, rehabilitation, and touch-up work on rental properties
- Snow Removal: Provide snow removal services during winter months
- Team Support: Assist other crews as needed to ensure project completion
- Communication: Report needs, concerns, or issues to supervisors promptly
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, practices, and policies
- Customer Relations: Maintain positive communication with clients, coworkers, and the public
- Company Representation: Represent the company professionally at all times
