Responsibilities

• Maintain landscape by mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
• Trim small trees, hedges, and shrubs.
• Remove unwanted, dead, or damaged trees.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of real property equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of real property equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
