For Garden’s Sake is a family-owned garden center and landscaping company, in operation since 1999. We are continually growing, and offer customers a one-stop shop for plants, landscape design/installation, and lawn maintenance services. We are seeking a Field Operations Supervisor for our Lawn Maintenance Division, to help lead our team and deliver high-quality service to our clients. This role supervises, trains, and mentors crews as well as works directly with clients for property checks, project preparation, and site repairs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has technical proficiency, takes pride in a job well done, and enjoys a mix of supervisory and boots-on-the-ground tasks. This is a full-time, year-round, salaried position paying $48,000 annually, with weekly pay. Advancement opportunities are available as we continue to grow. Workday begins at 6:45 AM and ends at a variable time, depending on the day and workload. The typical work week is Monday – Friday and averages 40–45 hours; Saturday work is rare but may be needed occasionally due to weather or other extenuating circumstances.
