About The Position

We are currently hiring experienced and dedicated individuals to join our Landscape Division who are seeking a stable and rewarding career! As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will be an integral part of the team that ensures our customers’ properties are in great shape throughout the year. Successful candidates will have several years of proven experience edging, leaf-blowing with a backpack blower, mulching, planting, pruning, trimming, and weeding.

Requirements

Reliable transportation to and from work daily - No Matter the weather (Required)
Willing to comply with background check and drug test
Carry Backpack Blower on Back
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Represent the company well by wearing proper uniforms, being respectful, and maintaining a positive attitude if engaging with customers or the public
Team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Candidates must have an insurable driving record, be able to pass a physical, drug screen
