About The Position

Are you passionate about the great outdoors and have a knack for keeping landscapes beautiful? We’re looking for dedicated Landscape Maintenance Technicians to join our vibrant team! Location: Route Team based out of Piedmont SC 4/10's schedule Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm Crew Members Pay Rate: $18-19 based on experience Responsibilities: Will include weedeating, grass cutting, edging, mulching, pruning, planting shrubs, and other duties as assigned by supervisor. Crew Leaders-in-Training Pay Rate: $19-20 based on experience 1-2 years experience required as well as a valid DL and MVR Responsibilities: Will include the same responsibilities as crew members but will assist Crew Leaders in tasks and duties, will want to grow in their career. Crew Leaders Pay Rate: $20-23 based on experience 2-4 years experience required as well as a valid DL and MVR Responsibilities: Will include directing other employees to carry out tasks assigned by the foreman and manager. This is a working supervisor and will include mowing, mulching, planting sod, irrigation and spraying as needed.

Requirements

A love for nature and landscaping
Experience in landscape maintenance (at least 1 year)
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
1-2 years experience required as well as a valid DL and MVR (Crew Leaders-in-Training)
2-4 years experience required as well as a valid DL and MVR (Crew Leaders)
