Requirements

2 years experience as a landscape maintenance crew leader
Valid Driver’s License of at least three years with a clean driving record
Knowledge of the operation and care of landscape maintenance equipment
Detail-oriented with landscape production
Effective communicator

Nice To Haves

2-year or 4-year degree in landscape maintenance-related field
A love of mentoring others and leading by example.
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Computer skills and working knowledge of LMN time or landscape-related software

Responsibilities

Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–4 teammates to deliver top-notch landscape maintenance.
Assign, coach, and assist crew members to keep quality standards sky-high.
Drive a truck and trailer safely and professionally to each jobsite.
Maintain and care for all equipment used by your crew.
Communicate clearly with clients about daily tasks, future needs, and any out-of-scope opportunities.
Keep each day running smoothly, efficiently, and safely — rain or shine.
