About The Position

The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager at Nature's Care Orlando is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts in Central Florida. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships. The Account Manager will focus on achieving revenue and profitability goals while also driving business development through new sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include creating property reports, monitoring operational expenses, and collaborating with the production team to meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • 3 years of crew management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email management.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile apps for creating work tickets.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Knowledge of landscape processes, equipment, and safety guidelines.
  • Basic foundation in landscape maintenance and design knowledge.
  • Extensive infield experience for understanding crew workloads and budgets.
  • Knowledge of turf and plant material specific to Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts in Central Florida.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and assist the production team in service delivery.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals through outstanding service.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
  • Identify job site priorities and coordinate job site schedules.
  • Execute landscape quality audits to identify enhancement and maintenance opportunities.
  • Support the collection of accounts receivables.
  • Create client proposals, contracts, and estimates to achieve revenue targets.
  • Participate in sales and marketing initiatives for company growth.
  • Provide organizational management and communication between clients and the production team.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to schedule and route maintenance work efficiently.
  • Promote high standards for customer service and safety culture.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring crew members.
  • Manage crew performance and address complaints as needed.
  • Handle high-level conflicts and provide beneficial resolutions for clients.
  • Order materials and supplies for projects in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple crews and make recommendations for hires and promotions.
